Christine wishes you a very happy holiday.
Villa in a calm closed subdivision with sea access and all amenities. Beautiful villa designed to accommodate 6 to 9 people plus baby. It is a holiday villa where there is great calm. 4X8 salt pool. It is ideal for Golf lovers (5 minutes by car).
You will appreciate this charming villa which is only a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the island and one to 2 minutes. La Gourde, Anse Tarare, Les Salines ... Also, you will be in the center of Saint-François in 5 minutes. Your holidays will be punctuated by the daily market, fishermen returning from fishing, restaurants, shops, the casino and the marina where the boats are just waiting to drop their moorings ... You will have a dream vacation. Layout of the villa: The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (+ 1 bedroom with a fan), 2 bathrooms (shower), dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, large covered dining terrace adjoining the pool as well than the great tropical garden. Ideally located in a pleasant ventilated setting 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach,
The Relaxation is only rented by the week, the day that suits you, the deposit check is not cashed

La villa est à 2 minutes de la plage Manganao. Celle-ci est mignonne et presque privée. Attention cependant à la baignade côte gauche. Il y a des ressacs lors de grandes vagues.

Wonderful villa, ideal for family vacation
Charming villa is in a secure subdivision and centrally located to area shops, beaches, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our family consisted of 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) and the villa does not feel cramped at all. There is ample space both outdoors and indoors to hang out and dine. Christine is an exceptional host - Even though it was Mother's Day, she met us at the beach to guide us to the villa. She also supplied some groceries for breakfast as we arrived on a Sunday. Superb property and location. We definitely plan to stay there again when we return to Saint-François.

All was exactly as advertised. Christine was really great to deal with and very helpful. THe pool is awesome. Security is very good. We enjoyed all parts of our stay. Kitchen is well equipped.

Agréable séjour
Très belle maison avec extérieur formidable. Le carbet et la piscine sécurisée sont un vrai bonheur. Concernant l'équipement général, cela manque un peu d'entretien (hamacs tâchés, machine à laver en fin de vie, oreillers boulochés, draps et matelas du lit 1 place tâchés, évacuation douche la borieuse et 1 seul étendoir pour une capacité de 9 personnes). Nous avons eu également qu'une serviette par personne ce qui est trop juste pour 1 semaine même en lavant, et absence de serviettes de plage (bien qu'énoncées dans le descriptif) Très bonne communication avec Christine qui s'est démenée pour palier à chaque problème.

Nous avons été déçus par cette location Le propriétaire devrait penser sérieusement à investir s’il veut continuer à louer à ce tarif La maison est bien située mais l’entretien et le ménage laissent à désirer Tout est vieillissant ,du linge de maison au barbecue en passant par l’électricité !! Les draps étaient tachés, ils étaient dépareillés dans la chambre double A notre arrivée plusieurs luminaires ne fonctionnaient pas … un état des lieux correct aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée ! La plupart des luminaires sont uniquement des ampoules de chantier !!! Nous avons dû réclamer un sèche-cheveux Le barbecue étant rouillé et troué nous n’avons pas pu nous en servir L’éclairage du carbet qui aurait pu être un endroit sympa ne fonctionnait pas La maison est prévue pour 8 personnes nous n’étions que 5 et il n’y avait pas assez de fauteuils pour prendre l’apéritif dehors Idem pour les transats !Notre arrivée et notre départ n’ont pas été assurés par Christine mais par un de ses amis …Après quelques réflexions de notre part des aménagements ont été faits durant notre séjour mais l’essentiel reste à faire pour que cette maison soit réellement agréable et à la hauteur des tarifs demandés Elle gagnera en fonctionnalités et en charme !
