If you could find a bar tender you could get a drink, but since there was hardly anyone there the bar was abandoned.     "Room was big enough. Balcony overlooking the Arc de Triomph. Which was right up the avenue. Front desk staff accounted our early arrival by having our room available shortly after our arrival.
