The "La Dune" property is a 3-room house with a spacious area of 100 square meters. It features a beautifully designed and modern interior. The living and dining area are combined in one open space, leading to the garden and terrace through an exit. There is a separate lounge area as well. The kitchen is open-concept, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, one induction hot plate, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Tassimo capsules. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main floor, and the entire area has underfloor heating for your comfort.
On the upper floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The first room has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The second bedroom features a larger French bed with dimensions of 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. There is also a shower and WC on this level.
