interieur sale literie trés douteuse exterieur en friche aucun entretien impossible de se mettre dehors affaires personnelles de l hote un peu partout cette maison n est pas adaptée pour une location sereine nous ne la conseillons pas du tout

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Philippe et apprécié sa maison écolo ! À moins de 10 min à pied de la plage pour apprécier de beaux coucher de soleil et très bien situé pour découvrir les alentours ! Philippe est disponible, arrangeant et soucieux de faire découvrir les e'virons, nous recommandons ! Merci !

Agréable séjour mais …

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une maison récente et équipée avec le confort de base. Le seul point noir: les extérieurs ni aménagés, ni entretenus. Le terrain en friche n’est pas compatible avec les jeunes enfants et nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs pendant ces 15 jours. Et le ménage mériterait d’être fait à fond.( ex: canalisations bouchées , filtre lave-vaisselle pas nettoyé….)

Gut ausgestattetes Haus fußläufig zum Strand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu sechst sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr herzlich und nett. Wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen, sind die Außenanlagen keine ebene Rasenfläche sondern eher ein "Wildgarten". Das ist bei ausgiebigen Strandaufenthalten aber auch kein größeres Problem. Ansonsten gibt es natürlich im Morbihan und rund um den Golfe viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Un très bon pied à terre pour visiter la presqu'ile en famille

Très joli village. Maison tout confort, lumineuse et pratique. La plage est à 10mn à pied idéal pour nos petits loulous. Une route un peu passante derrière mais vu l environnement à proximité cela ne nous a pas dérange. Philippe est tres aimable. Ce fut un très bon séjour (vélo, bateau, marche, pêche).

On a passé de super vacances dans cette maison. Elle est moderne, propre et très proche de la plage. Mes enfants ont adoré leurs chambre et Il y’a plein de chose à faire autour de la maison (plage, location vélos, balade en famille, etc.). La communication avec le propriétaire a été super!

bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très agréable séjour. La proximité de la plage, 5mn à pied, de Saint Gildas, 5mn en vélo est top. Maison très bien équipée , belle pièce de vie . L'inconvénient pourrait être le bruit de la route à certaines heures de la journée.... mais entre les marches sur les chemins douaniers, les balades en vélo et la baignade, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de profiter de l'extérieur de la maison.

la maison est agréable et bien équipée, située à moins de 500 m d'une jolie plage et le proprietéaire nous a recu de manière conviviale. Il doit cependant rectifier et compléter son annonce de manière à permettre aux locataires de se faire une idée exacte de la situation et des aménagements exterieurs (a ce jour les exterieurs sont en cours d'aménagement et le jardin n'est pas accessible).
