Good. Major drawback was unexpected cost of parking ( 10 euros per day ). Hotels.com should have forewarned us ( ie next to the « self parking « tick on advert. Also no fridge. But room just about big enough’. Bed comfortable.

Le Vent du Large
Excellent location, overlooking the river/port. Easy walk to the beach and into the town. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Charming house with swimming pool, downtown & beach on foot (10 minutes)
What a fantastic house, in a beautiful part of France. Spacious bedrooms, and a lovely modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything needed, even a Senseo coffee maker.
