Nestled at the northern tip of Fripp Island, Pelican Point is a two-story residence offering sweeping vistas that captivate the senses. Step onto the catwalk for a stunning panorama overlooking the Ocean Point Golf Course, immersing yourself in unparalleled natural beauty. A short stroll leads to the Ocean Point pool, while the Ocean Point Golf Course, accompanied by the Ocean Point Grill, is just a four-minute walk away. With two generous outdoor decks and a handy outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, this rental ensures both comfort and convenience. Entertainment options include cable TV and high-speed wireless internet.

The main floor features two queen beds with access to a shared bathroom, while upstairs boasts two additional bedrooms. One of the upstairs rooms includes two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, while the master suite offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite as well. Pelican Point comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering breathtaking sunrises to start your day on a high note.


A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities, or go for a ride to the Food Court for ice cream after dinner!

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
