The Space:

867 Bonito is a lovely 2-story Oceanfront home located in the Marina area of Fripp Island. Just a few steps from the Ocean Marina Store and the Bonito Boathouse, this 2-bedroom, 2.2-bath home is perfect for visitors interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many activities and amenities. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.



Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has a king bed and an en suite bath with double sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower. The primary bedroom is the one facing the ocean, with a lovely view of the surrounding ocean. The guest bedroom is at the front and offers views of the marina and the surrounding area. Downstairs, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, and access to a large deck with 4 rocking chairs and a table for 4 chairs. This deck wraps around the side of the home, providing an amazing panoramic view of the ocean.



Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom for easy access. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential housewares and full-size appliances, including a Ninja air fryer/toaster combo and a drip and Keurig coffee machine. Don't feel like cooking? Located across the street is one of the island's best restaurants, the Bonito Boathouse.



The dining area has direct access to the front balcony with a view of the marina. On the ground floor, the garage has heating and air conditioning, making it a great place to hang out. The garage has a TV, seating, a 2nd full size fridge, a half bathroom, and a propane grill. Please move the grill out of the garage when using it. Lastly, the patio area just outside the garage door has an outdoor shower and a hose for washing off after the beach.



Other features of the property include 4 Smart TVs, 2 in the bedrooms, 1 in the living room, and 1 in the garage. The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and is currently streaming only, allowing you to access your favorite streaming applications. The stacked washer and dryer are located in the laundry area past the kitchen.



The View:

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
