Beautiful home and view

We had the most wonderful stay at this home with a stunning marsh and ocean view. The house is well-appointed, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The views are to die for, and there are several porches from which to enjoy them. The owners were very responsive, and it was a delightful stay. I can't say enough good things about our trip to this beautiful place!

Best Fripp trip yet

We have been coming to Fripp for our kids’ Spring Break for the past 7 years and this was our most fun trip yet! Staying at Will & Jay’s property was the main reason. It was large enough for our family of 5 and the location was the best that we’ve ever stayed at on the island. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds are very comfortable too. We loved the view of the marsh from the back deck. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank y’all for your hospitality! Jeff & Amy

Great experience at beautiful location

I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs, this is one of the best experiences I have had. The owners were very responsive, manager responded quickly. They offered to get anything we needed if it wasn’t available. Everything was well stocked - there were even paper plates. Golf cart made travel so much easier. I hate that the resort has made club cards mandatory for all the restaurants on the island and SO expensive to buy them for a short stay. Not in the owners’ control, though. Fripp is still a lovely place to visit, with the beaches and the views. Love the very friendly deer everywhere.

Beautiful home in great location!

Beautifully decorated home on a quiet street, within walking distance to Cabana Club, kids pool area, and very short ride to everything else. For me, part of the charm of being on Fripp is exploring the streets and seeing the wildlife so getting to drive around makes for a great experience. Large golf cart charged and ready in the garage, made for one less thing we had to pick up and drop off, too. Like most of the homes on Fripp, however, the only access is a steep set of winding stairs to the front door. Just something to be aware of if traveling with anyone who has mobility issues. Side note: bring or rent chairs, the only chairs at the house were three very uncomfortable camping chairs, not suitable for beach sitting.

Great fall weekend!

We had a great time at this house. The living area is spacious with great views of the marsh. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunrise. It was the perfect place for three couples with beds to spare!

Great view

We had a great week at this property. The view from the back deck was our favorite part. Living space was large with plenty of seating. Would definitely consider this house for our next trip to Fripp.

Fun Week

My family had an awesome week staying at the house. It was everything we expected. The only recommendations we would have would be to add additional kitchen accessories (various pot sizes, cups with tops, Tupperware, etc). The house also had a tremendous amount of animal hair in it, due to it being pet friendly. However, I do feel that it could have been cleaned better. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Other than those two things, the house was great for our family and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Amazing beach home on Fripp Island!

My husband, 5 children ages 6-16, and our chocolate lab had the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful beach home for a long weekend! Fripp island itself is like something out of a storybook, and the charm and character of this house just takes the whole experience over the top! Beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Well stocked kitchen, tons of seating, comfortable beds, spectacular views, a huge golf cart, beach chairs, beach towels… They’ve truly thought of everything! Communication with owners was wonderful and we had no issues at all during our stay. We arrived late at night, and when I walked upstairs the next morning, the view of the marsh took my breath away. If you are looking for a luxury home on Fripp Island for a fantastic price, this is the one! We will certainly be back soon!

Don’t hesitate…book now!

We were amazed with the property. The listing descriptions and photos were accurate…even better! Neat, clean, and decorated with taste. The home is spacious with plenty of natural light. Large windows bring the nature settings right into the living room. We had never visited Fripp Island before. It beautiful! Well cared for and an outstanding job of combining a beach vacation with a study in nature. Certainly enough to do with golf, tennis, etc. yet peaceful and quite. Walk or bike or golf cart…we enjoyed exploring. Restaurants varied and delicious. No need to leave the property. We are planning our return trip now!

Wonderful experience with our VRBO rental

We loved this vacation home. We had excellent communication prior to arrival and a seamless checkin. The property was extremely clean and neat. Having Fripper greet us when we arrived was a treat. We were 100yds from a swim club and bar and an animal interaction center. The ( included) 6 person golf cart made a 5 minute drive to the beach or to the marina and Bonita Restaurantfun. Although we didn’t play, the 2 two golf courses were in excellent shape as well as the tennis center and pickle ball courts. We had never been to Fripp and certainly enjoyed the abundant wildlife from our front porch and on every ride around the resort. The beautiful views from the 3rd floor living area, the comfortable beds, and the professional decorations made our stay at this property perfect. The home is perfect for any vacation to Fripp Island. Our two furry Bernsdoodles(Charlie & Lucy) loved being welcomed as well.We will definitely return to this property as soon as possible.
