The beach is within walking distance (700m) and the small towns of St Hilaire de Riez and St Gilles offer a wide choice of beaches, cycle paths, walks and markets. The pretty port of St. Gilles also has a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Do not hesitate to go to the island of Noirmoutier (35 km) and visit the famous seaside resort of Sables d'Olonne (33 km) with its large promenade. With 3 golf courses within 35 km, tennis and a variety of water sports, this is an ideal vacation home for a sports vacation.
