House for 7 with a pool (6 adults maximum)

For your family holiday on the Vendée coast, we offer this new house with a heated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September), built according to current accessibility standards (*). It is designed to accommodate up to 7 people (maximum 6 adults, as the additional bed is suitable for a child).



In the large living area, you will discover a beautiful new kitchen. Fully equipped, it includes a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee machine will help you start the day well.



The dining room, located in front of the bay window overlooking the terrace and swimming pool, invites you to enjoy good meals together. Do you prefer to eat outdoors? Everything is prepared on the 85 m² terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.



To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events. Need a nap or a moment of reading in the sun? Two loungers are available in the garden. And of course, the 3.5 m x 7 m swimming pool awaits you to cool down, play and swim.



At bedtime, three rooms are available to you.



The first room, in taupe and brown tones, has a large Queen Size bed (160x200), facing the bay window, with a view of the pool.

The second room, in shades of green, offers a double bed and a bay window with a view of the pool as well.

The third bedroom, with white walls and blue leaf-patterned wallpaper, is equipped with two single beds. One of them is a trundle bed, strictly reserved for a child.

The house includes an independent toilet and a bathroom with double washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer and large shower.



(* The bathroom shower, however, has a wall with an opening of 120cm, and entry into the pool is via steps.)



For more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal in the garage. Two vehicles can be parked on the plot.
