"Room was clean. Beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Tv remote did not work. Air conditioner worked fine but made loud noises when it was shut off/turn on, which made it hard to sleep. Front desk staff was not at all helpful when I showed that they overcharged me. Said I had to talk to hotels.com ..."
