Hebergement à remettre au goût du jour.Mobiliers SDB Cuisine et Chambres.Par contre super bien situé. La télé le wifi sont okResidence Trés calme.Par contre que comprend les 80 que j ai payé pour le menage ?A l arrivée ce n était pas un ménage fait à font.D après le proprietaire il demande de faire l appoint de menage.J ai du déboucher le siphon de la douche.

Tuvimos problemas el día de llegada. La hora marcada por ustedes era después de las 16, llegamos a les 17.15, y el señor propietario no nos había mandado el código para abrir la caja que contenía las llaves. Suerte tuvimos de un vecino que conocía al Sr. Daniel, lo llamó y le mandó a él el código. Pudimos entrar al apartamento cuando ya eran mas de les 18 h. Al cabo de un buen rato el propietario me mandó vía mail el código. Si no llega a ser por el vecino no sé si hubiéramos conseguido entrar. Además unos días antes, el Sr. Daniel me mandó un mail diciendo que el primer día de la estancia me enviaría el código antes de nuestra llegada, y no fue así. Veo mucha informalidad por parte de este señor. Tengo una duda, en la factura constan 80 € de limpieza, y en cambio en las instrucciones que me mandó el propietario decía que teníamos que dejar el apartamento limpio, y así lo hemos hecho. Estos 80 € son de reembolso? Porqué de limpieza no se gastaran nada. Jordi Besora

Très bon échange avec le propriétaire, seul point positif car l appartement très décevant, très vieillot voire insalubre par endroit, la salle de bain par exemple, pas du tout adapté à une famille avec 2 ados et une petite de 8 ans. On était mieux dehors car appartement pas du tout agréable, nous avons payé 60 euros de ménage obligatoire mais pas sûr que le ménage soit fait, la bouilloire encore remplie d eau et semelles laissées sous le vaisselier pas trouvées par la personne chargée du ménage bizarre. Bref appartement à rénover et annonce à modifier, convient pour un couple avec un enfant max

Je connaissais l'appartement. Il est plus propre. Un petit rafraîchissement lui ferait du bien. Mais l'emplacement est top et la résidence calme. Le garage est vraiment un plus!

séjour d'une semaine début octobre

Le point fort de cet appartement est sa situation très proche du centre ville et son environnement calme (nous y étions début octobre)le logement était propre ,par contre, il manque de confort: peu de rangement, les placards sont déjà occupés par des coussins et couvertures, lit en 140 dur , on sent nettement les lattes, et l'éclairage de la kitchenette était défectueux.A notre arrivée les clés étaient à dispo dans une boite à clés mais le propriétaire nous a envoyé un petit mot de bienvenue, on peut regretter le petit cadeau de bienvenue ,coutume que l'on retrouve dans de nombreuses locations. Nous avons néanmoins passés un bon séjour.
