Villa Acazou – A Getaway with a Pool and Ocean View

  • Welcome to Villa Acazou, a modern and comfortable villa with swimming pool and garden, ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 6 people. Located in Saint-Leu, about 8 minutes by car from the lagoon, the city centre, restaurants, shops and the seafront, it offers a pleasant and relaxing setting for an unforgettable holiday in Reunion Island.

    Outside, the furnished terrace opens onto the garden and the private 10m2 swimming pool. You have an outdoor lounge and a dining area to enjoy the climate and the sea view. A secure parking space is located inside the property.

    On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen communicates directly with the terrace. There is also a laundry room, a living room with a TV and a master suite with a 180 cm king size bed and a private bathroom with shower.

    Upstairs are a second bathroom with shower and two other bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other with a 140 cm double bed.

    > A cleaning fee of €200 will be payable on the day of arrival.

    > A security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon arrival and will be destroyed no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the villa.

    > Any claims or reports of failures specified only at the exit of the premises or following your stay will not be considered valid for compensation.
