A beautiful old building in the heart of a beautiful old village but with all the modern conveniences. Great local restaurants. We will be going again.

The room number 3 was spacious and convenient to two restaurants although the restaurant that was attached and assumed to be part of the hotel was not open at all. There was only a code entrance to the hotel and no information how to get in until we arrived and had to phone for information. The entrance and lobby is very tired and uninviting. The bathroom had a dirty and worn sealant around the whole of the floor/wall tiles to the point of being disgusting. The bed mattress is a cheap foam and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that the price was fair.

Bonne grandeur de logement mais la résidence est désuète. La cuisine de type papa bricole, le robinet éclabousse, les ronds de la cuisinière chauffent difficilement, le petit poêle est sale ainsi que la vaiselle. Il n'y avait personne à l'appartement à notre arrivée. Le lit était confortable cependant.

Nuit convenable, les rideaux ne suffisent pas à masquer le jour, à revoir en ce qui concerne la poussière des meubles, l'état des accessoires ne donnent pas envie de les utiliser, tout est vieillot même les bonbons à disposition !!!

Nuitée "Patrimoine" à St Macaire

Ayant décidé de passer la première des Journées du Patrimoine à St Macaire, nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa position centrale et du fait que les animaux de compagnie y sont acceptés. L'accueil a été sympathique et la chambre s'est avérée être un studio avec kitchenette et tout l'équipement nécessaire (que nous n'avons pas utilisé). Il y avait un petit balcon donnant sur la terrasse du restaurant attenant. Le quartier est calme. La literie est très confortable et très propre, le petit déjeuner le matin est varié et copieux (pain, viennoiseries, fromage blanc, fruits).

Halte dans une bastide méconnue

Hotel calme très propre, j'ai apprécié de garer la voiture dans une allée ombragée juste en face et de pouvoir flâner dans cette bastide loin du flot des touristes

Bel établissement au coeur du village

L'hôtel est situé au centre du village, il y a des commerces à proximité immédiate ainsi que quelques restaurants. L'établissement dispose d'une belle terrasse très agréable. La chambre était en fait un grand studio avec un coin cuisine / repas (Frigo, plaque de cuisson, table, ...). Grand lit confortable et salle de bain avec douche. Il y a un marché le jeudi sur l'allée devant l'hôtel ce qui est pratique pour les courses. Le village est magnifique, et il y a un voie verte (piste cyclable) qui permet de réaliser des ballades à vélo ou à pied.

Great location with terrace restaurant

The our studio is bright and spacious with a terrace. It well situated in the medieval town of Saint Macaire. The restaurant serves delicious lunch ! We feast on fresh seafood.

Restaurant ferme le soir.pas de petit dejeuner car il fallai appeler avant 15h ce qui n etait stipule dans hotel.com. Jaccuzi payant et en plus il fallait reserver et ferme a 20h.
