BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT OF CHARACTER 58 m2

T2 Bis furnished 58 m2 on the 1st floor of a small condominium dating from the 18th century in the corsair city intra-muros. Very good location (quiet, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, close to the beach, pretty view of the flowered square). Very nice fitted kitchen open to the living room. The room benefits from a double exposure therefore very bright. A living room (woodwork and beautiful old parquet) with fireplace 2 convertible sofas (quality mattress), a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a bathroom with WC (redone in February 2017). WiFi access in the apartment.
Equipment: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, dishes, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, TV, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer. The rental price includes all charges (water, electricity, heating, tourist tax). The linen is provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival! Possibility of a cleaning service for 50 € at the end of the stay. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be requested from tenants who do not wish this service. It will be returned on departure if the state of cleanliness of the apartment is satisfactory. The amount of the deposit for the apartment is € 400, which can also be returned at the end of the stay.

Lovely little first floor apartment in C18th building. Very clean, comfortable bed, overlooking the square so inevitably some noise in the evening. Near to cafes, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Well equipped but the cups needed updating - two were chipped and one was cracked. Otherwise fine.

Ein sehr charmantes Apartement - mitten in der Stadt - darum nicht total still, aber nah dran an allem - kurz zu Fuss zum Baden an den Stadtstrand, ins Restaurant oder auf die Mauern. Bäcker um die Ecke, großer Sonnenplatz vor der Tür.. Die Einrichtung und die Lage sind wunderbar. Wir wären gernen länger geblieben!!

Cosy et fonctionnel

Appartement avec de très bonnes prestations .La mer , les remparts et les commerces sont accessibles en moins de 3 minutes .Décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel .Quelques petits bémols :Il faudra expliquer le fonctionnement du chauffe eau aux futurs locataires !Plus d’eau chaude au bout d’une seule douche.. Pommeau de douche moisi !Nous avons du faire le nettoyage nous mêmes ! Contact avec la gestionnaire de l’agence : bon mais elle ne s’est pas déplacée pour l’entrée et la sortie dans les lieux .. ceci amène certaines incompréhensions et dysfonctionnements :Pas d’explications non plus sur le lieu de dépose des poubelles ( sur la place à 50 m de l’appartement) Malgré tout et d’une manière générale excellente impression .

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très agréable et idéalement situé dans Saint-Malo intra-muros. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied et nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture. Les remparts, la plage, les visites... tout était parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir !! Wohnlich eingerichte, perfekte Ausstattung und sehr gute Lage zum Strand

Eine Wohnung zum Zuhause fühlen. Die Wohnung macht einen bewohnten Eindruck und ist somit nicht so steril wie so manches andere Feriendomizil. Sie liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Intra Muros ist zwar wirklich trubelig, aber dort ist man ein klein wenig abseits aber dennoch in ein paar Schritten am Strand, in guten Restaurants (Autour Du Beurre war mein persönlicher Favorit) und auch in allen Geschäften. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben im August eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Durch die Hochsaison war die Stadt sehr voll. Der kl. Park vor der Tür ist gleichzeitig ein Kinderspielplatz, der sehr intensiv genutzt wurde. Die Nachbaren im Stockwerk darüber waren ab 7 Uhr morgens sehr aktiv (Möbel/Koffer rücken). Das Doppelbett ist sehr weich. Gefallen hat uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers und die große Küche.

Superb location for St Malo holiday

The apartment was ideally situated within the walls of St Malo, with quick and easy access to the beach and sea-water swimming pool (Plage de Bon Secours) and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only criticism would be the lack of bathroom towels - two small bathtowels and two handtowels for a family of 3 for a week. We bought more during our stay. The dishwasher was not working during our stay either. There was no shortage of things to do in St Malo and the surrounding area and the choice of restaurants and cafes was excellent. We also enjoyed a sea-water spa session at Aquatonic and a massage at Le Grand Be hotel (opposite the apartment). Parking at QPark (just outside of the city walls) - although inexpensive for a full week - was a bit of a hassle, as we had to buzz the support centre every time we needed to get in or out! All-in-all, a great holiday for all ages and we would highly recommend!

Wonderful location for the beach and the Old Town. Beautiful, well equipped apartment a minute’s walk from the ramparts. An initial problem using the access door was very promptly sorted out.

Located in One of the few original buildings left in St Malo, this apartment has just been carefully renovated — we loved our stay here! Fantastic location near the beach, with great restaurants and a lovely bar just down the street. Wonderful hostess … merci à tous!

Beautiful condo, beautiful location

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful, authentic condo. Super clean, equipped with everything you need. The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything and just steps away from the beach. And very quiet . Michaela is lovely and takes good care of you! She even found a garage for our car in front of the house for a reasonable price. That was awesome.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Appartement lumineux et bien situé mais avec beaucoup de résonance ( locataires du dessus). C’est très agréable que le linge soit fourni et nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une délicate attention, une bouteille de cidre. Il manque cependant un séchoir pour faire sécher le linge mouillé.

Calme et très bien situé

Bon accueil. Appartement globalement agréable et lumineux, très bien situé et calme. Bémol : peinture de la cage d'escalier hyper cloquée. Elle aurait besoin d'être refaite. De même dans l'appartement, peinture écaillée et fissurée dans plusieurs pièces, ce qui donne un côté vieillot et pas net. En revanche, salle de bains bien refaite, moderne, très agréable !

Wir haben 6 Tage über den Jahreswechsel in der Wohnung verbracht und sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig. Am westlichen Rand der Altstadt sehr ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Fußminuten vom Leben der Altstadt entfernt. Auch in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Allez-y sans hésiter. L'appartement est parfait et bien entretenu. L'accueil par Servane est très agréable et efficace. Saint-Malo est une ville bien agréable, tout est proche. Vous êtes en pleine ville tout en étant au calme. Et si vous êtes gourmet, goûtez le restaurant au bout de la rue du Boyer " bouche en folie". Bon séjour!

Topissime!

Petit nid douillet pour amoureux ou appartement familial, vous avez le choix! Emplacement idéal, chauffage excellent, lit confortable. Si vous aimez un décor un peu à l’ancienne, avec une vieille cheminée dans le salon et des tomettes au sol, vous serez ravis! On peut ajouter la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Servane qui vous accueille. Bref, on a adoré !
