Nice studio very bright with magnificent sight on the harbor of Toulon and the port of St Mandrier on sea.
Distant about 500 meters from beaches and all amenities (bakery, butcher, grocery, small casino, restaurants, ...), it is however located in a very quiet residential area.
You will have a full bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, a bedroom with double bed 140X190 with separate wardrobe (or not) of living space by a wall hanging and a kitchen veranda.
This studio is located in a particular house. Its independent entrance makes you completely independent of the owners without, however, immerse yourself in the crush of a building. You can also have a small private terrace for your meals and sunbathing. A closed room is also at your disposal (bicycles, stroller, ...).
Located 60 meters above sea level, the studio offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area of Toulon, La Garde, Le Pradet, ...
Do not be surprised either if during your stay, you see passing submarines, other military buildings and even ... the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.
St Mandrier, there are beautiful walks, small coves, diving wrecks or coral reefs, a sailing school, small restaurants, bistros on the port, weekly markets, ... And wonderful getaways in the back country Var.
A water bus line will allow you to connect St Mandrier to the port of Toulon in 20 minutes for the modest sum of 1 € per person / way.

Mon conjoint et moi avons trouvé cet hébergement agréable.Patrick, un homme accueillant et sympathique, nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et nous a fourni un plan de la région, des indications détaill ées et des informations utiles.L'appartement est spacieux et équipé de tout le nécessaire.Je recommande ce logement à tous ceux qui recherchent le calme et la tranquillité, loin de l'agitation.Un parking est disponible sous la maison, et la vue imprenable sur la mer nous a été offerte du petit-déjeuner au dîner.L'emplacement est stratégique pour ceux qui, comme nous, souhaitent explorer Hyères ou Cassis en une heure.

Vue magnifique
Séjour très bien passé en famille! L'appartement est très bien la vue est explendide. Endroit très calm excellent pour le relax. Seuls défauts sont, le coin cuisine, impossible de rester et prendre un répas s'il fait très chaud! Et aussi l'emplacement, toute est proche mais voiture obligatoire, surtout avec des enfants.

Franchement si on pourrait mettre plus d étoiles on le ferai. Les propriétaires agréables le lieu adorable franchement il y a rien à dire c est le top une très belle location et nous abonnée du sud on y retournera.
