In the heart of St martin nicknamed the St trop de l'atlantique, you can only be seduced by this traditional Réthaise house with modern comfort, it offers 4 bedrooms, 1séjour cathédral, 1cuisine, 2bathrooms, 2wc, 1garage , 1 private parking space and a covered hall. The peculiarity is that the covered hall separates the property in two and gives independence to two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two single beds and a bathroom and a separate toilet for the comfort of two families with two children each.
Come discover this wonderful island that legend attributes to the sun god. Ideally located in St martin intramural 500m from the most beautiful port of the island of Ré, its market and all the shops in the pedestrian streets. This villa nestled in a very quiet clos is a home away from home, it feels good with all the comforts for a great stay and make you want to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house inside the walls of St.-Martin-de-Re. The apartment is clean and spacious and very well-equipped, and the hosts could not have been nicer. The location is quiet and secluded, with a beautiful enclosed garden, but just a short walk down to the beautiful and bustling port area. We hope to come back some day.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison idéale pour accueillir deux familles. Nous 2 couples étions avec 3 enfants de 2, 5 et 6 ans et toute la maison était parfaite. Le jardin est sécurisé et parfait pour que les grands et les petits passent des moments agréable . La maison est très bien situé, au calme mais aussi à proximité de toutes les commodités. Extremely friendly landlord and neighbourhood, very clean and well equipped property

Really enjoyed our stay. We have 4 small boys who are not exactly quiet and yet the neighbourhood was very family friendly. Loads of space on the property to store bikes which are a must for the area, and a spacious living space as well with a smart TV (kids loved their Netflix home benefits!). Highly recommended.
