「As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.」

「Our family of three has just returned from two relaxing and rejuvenating weeks at Villa Bruneva. The villa is in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Orient Bay Village has to offer. 「Just spent one week in this amazing property. The accommodations were wonderful. Walking distance to the village which has everything you need including a market and incredible restaurants. We had 6 adults and enjoyed plenty of space. The pool was great in the afternoon after walking back from the beach which is steps away. The property manager was amazing and gave great recommendations for dining , activities and a driver. This vacation home is truly paradise!」

「We had a great time staying here. Some of the dishes, utensils and cookware could use updating, but all was functional. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos. Very good location being close to grocery and restaurants. A rental car is needed if you plan on going anywhere. The roads everywhere are narrow and there is no sidewalks. The views were spectacular.」

「We go to different islands every spring break and host our children and 3 baby grandchildren. They have all been fun but this is the first one in which we intend to return. House is beautiful and well planned with the 4 master bedroom suites. Location is really great with Orient Beach just down the street. There are lots of amazing restaurants for such a small village. Our housekeeper Luvie was a real prize, taking great care of us and the home. We'll miss her!」

「This is a very private villa perfect for a couple or two or a small family with grown children or at least old enough not to worry about the pool which is right off the living area. It was very quiet, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We walked to Baie Rouge most every day. The manager (Angie) is there for anything you need. We would certainly come back.」

「This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.」

「This house was everything we could have asked for and more. The view was magical, the private pool was perfect with a few pool toys for the kids, lots of beach towels, kitchen was stocked with any supplies needed, beds were very comfortable, home was very clean and beautifully furnished! We felt as though we were living a life of luxury for the week! The walk to the beach, restaurants, and small grocery store is maybe 10 minutes, easy walk downhill to get there but you will get a good work out...

「The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!」
