「We Were told that we had to us a folding wagon to carry our belongings from the parking area to the camper. (about 300 Feet). there were instructions written on the walls and a book on how to use the bathroom, how to sit on the toilet for no. 1 or no.2. the property resembled a junk yard. the air conditioner was very loud couldn't have slept if we stayed. We chose to not stay in hopes of getting a refund.」

「Beautiful property, multiple rentals on property but plenty of space between for privacy, we came for 3 night and two days. We spent most of our time at Congree National Park. The Gypsy camper was perfect for sleeping 2 adults and one child. Shower space is the original camper shower so it is a tight squeeze, but after a long hike it was sufficient to clean up. Must check out Angel’s Diner, Lizard’s Thicket and Garner’s Ferry Seafood for some amazing food. Bring your bug spray of all kinds if...

「Don't waste your money. The main dock is closed and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t find the game room that was advertised and it was overpriced for what it was. Our appliances did not work due to the only outlet near being dead. The fridge was also leaking. Bathrooms need cleaning as well. We found mold in the AC and the door deadbolt didn’t work. 「Check in was easy. We got a code for the front door about an hour before check in. The place was clean and everything was really nice. The people who live in the complex were very friendly. The complex was not wheelchair friendly. Bring a couple of portable ramps if you have someone with mobility needs to get onto sidewalks and to the pool. There is a boat ramp but the docks are not usable yet and there isn’t a good place to tie up near the condo to eat, take a break, or use the restroom....
