- Villa located in Saint Maximin, a few hundred meters from the Carrefour shopping area, a few dozen meters from the greenway. The villa renovated in 2022, consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, a bathroom and a toilet. The garden is planted with Mediterranean species in dry stone planters. You will also find an 8x4 swimming pool with a Californian beach, a productive vegetable garden in summer and a ping pong table which has lighting for playing in the evening.
