「The property had no elevator our room was on the 4th floor. After 25 minutes we finally got a rep on the phone. He offered a room on the 2nd floor saying we could store our luggage in their secure storage lockers. Our luggage didn't fit into their locker. I'm 79 my wife is 67 there's no was either or both of us could get a 50 lb suitcase up a 35 foot curved staircase. We told the rep this and left going to another hotel. We have advised our credit card company to refuse payment as the service...

「The townhouse was perfect for our family, very comfortable, lots of space for the kids, an awesome loft and the hot tub was an added bonus in the colder weather.Marine was a lovely Host who answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Great location in the city walls, walking distance to everything we wanted to see.」

「We were warmly welcomed by our host to his unique property,
which was even better than the photos.
He was very kindly flexible with both our check-in and check-out times.
The apartment is very spacious, in a great location, with a very special view, and uniquely decorated.
Of course to get a great view you have to be prepared to climb the stairs.
The only minor issue is the water pressure in the shower.」
