Hôtel.com doit revoir sa communication
"En route j'ai reçu un coup de fil de l hôtel me demandant l heure de mon arrivée. J' ai profité pour réserver une table pour dîner et surprise restauration fermée jusqu'à la fin du mois. Pourquoi Hôtel.com ne le mentionne pas. C'est la 2eme fois en quelques semaines."

"Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in.
