Perfect location, clean, kind hosts

We stayed here for our Gustavus reunion, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and on good working order. Checking in and out was so easy and the hosts were extremely responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Owners were great with communication. The property was VERY clean and all the amenities were nice (like fresh, fluffy towels). Shower worked great. Nice to have snacks and fruit on hand as we went in and out. Plenty of space for five of us.Great location to make all of our graduation events in Mankato.Our only recommendations would be mirrors in the bedrooms, since there is only the one bathroom. We’re kind of “bed snobs,” so that would be an area to upgrade. (Two adult guests thought their beds were fine. One had to sleep on couch vs small bed). Thanks for being great hosts!! We would definitely recommend your place. Clean and quaint place to stay in St. Peter.

Polar Plunge stay

Went to st. Peter to do the polar plunge and this was a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy and just blocks from down town.

Gustie Homecoming

We stay at this property on the Saturday night of Gustavus Homecoming. My girlfriends and I are alumni and looking for a place where we could all stay together. This property was very cute and clean. Most important for me, it had comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and hotel quality towels.

Sweet Spot in St. Peter

A colleague and I met half-way between our respective homes to catch up with life and work. We enjoyed the quaint and quiet sanctuary space. We were within walking distance to parks and shopping and a short drive to Mankato. Ariana and Erik were wonderful hosts!

Very nice accommodations with lots of room. Quiet and clean yet within walking distance to the charming downtown. Hosts were communicative and obviously take good care of their property. Will certainly stay here again when coming to visit my son at Gustavus Adolphus College.

This place is a gem! Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking; easy check in/check out; comfortable beds with tons of pillows; extremely soft towels; and tasty treats for breakfast. Hosts are great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and attractive

The location was perfect for us. It is centrally located and easy walking to downtown. We found it very clean and attractively decorated. Clearly the host has worked to make it inviting and comfortable for guests. The queen bed in bedroom 2 was low, but comfortable for us. We'd recommend adding bed stands. We would enjoy staying here again.

St Peter Chapel

The cute updated Chapel VRBO was perfect for 5 adults and was a great home base during graduation weekend. Fully stocked with dishes, kitchen items. The bathroom towels were amazing... thick and cozy! Ariana even located a crock pot at the last minute! We will plan to stay again during the Fall!!

Quality time

Had a great stay, very clean and welcoming. Great location close to 169, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Great hospitality and communication, only thing was my husband is about 6’3 and a big guy the beds are very low to the floor and the living room furniture is small for big guys.

Clean and quiet which was nice but sofa was very uncomfortable and bed too firm for my wife. No TV's in bedrooms either. They didn't shovel snow from entry way or stairs so a little treacherous hauling things into house.

Ariana was so gracious! Place was spotless, bed and bedding was comfy. Ariana had thought of everything. She even provided juice, milk and A continental breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. Oh! The patio.. so stinking cute!?
