「I feel that my say at residhome was just ok. Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt. mattress and bedding were good. The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken. some stains ... It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked. too pricey for what it is.」

「Decent Extras, but Room Condition and Service Need Improvement The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the parking lot had EV charging stations, which were definite pluses. The staff were helpful, but basic items were missing: there were only two towels for a three-bed room, the third bed had no blanket, and there was no bath mat. I had to ask for everything separately, which should not be necessary. The room itself looked worn and poorly maintained, and the hallway carpets were old and...

「hotel is under construction when we arrived」

We waren blij verrast. Komen zeker terug!」

「rooms are quite small」
