St Raphael Bise de Mer

Stay was good. Very helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast was just a very basic one and can be improved a bit.

A wonderful french hotel in a great location with good facilities. Our room was great, having two bedrooms, with views over both the marina and bay as well as the pool. Aircon was very good and balconies great. Rooms had electric shutters offering additional security as well as shade. Fridge and safe in the room were most welcome. There is a local bus stop ( with some buses to Frejus and the front) free. A nearby shop in the marina was good for food and drink. Many places to eat in the marina.

Had a lovely 11 night stay at Hotel & Spa Brise de Mer. There were 2 or three things that could have improved our stay - there was only wardrobe hanging space - a chest of drawers would have been very useful as it meant leaving quite a lot of things in the suitcase. The other thing was that the fridge wasn’t efficient- it didn’t keep water cold or any other drinks. The positive things far outweighed the negatives though. It was in a lovely situation - we had great views from the balcony and the pools and jacuzzi were great. I would choose this Hôtel again on another visit to the French Riviera .

A great little hotel

Very nice, comfortable hotel, with good size indoor and outdoor swimming pools, satisfactory breakfast, spacious room, powerful walk-in shower, helpful and friendly staff, and close to shops, restaurants, and a big sandy beach a few minutes walk away.

Par où commencer ? Personnels très désagréable qui ne savent pas même dire bonjour et sont très froid. Ensuite je loue une chambre cher avec vu sur la mer et ça correspond pas du tout à ce que j’ai eu, j’ai eu une vue minuscule sur la mer et vue sur des maisons … Quand on demande des explications à l’accueil ils vous répondent : vous voyez un bout de mer ? Ben voilà. Une honte ils ont même pas essayé de faire le maximum pour satisfaire à notre attente, un vol tout simplement … c’est comme ci on vous vends une Ferrari et vous repartez avec une twingo. Mas de parking dehors ou se garer, le parking privé de l’hôtel on sonne personne répondais. Enfin franchement je déconseille. Sans parlé de la femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu’on a mis le papier ne pas déranger, et se retrouver nez à nez et déshabillé … Bref le séjour a été très désagréable.

ne mérite vraiment pas ses 4 étoiles, tès décue

Ne mérite vraiment pas les 4 étoiles.. A l'arrivée, nous découvons une chambre avec un lit double alors que nous avions demandé 2 lits simples... plus de chambre avec 2 lits séparés de dispo.. Une chaleur à crever dans l'hotel et dans les chambres, avec 42 degré dehors et un hotel non isolé, ils auraient pu lancer un peu la clim avant pour préparer notre arrivée... Salle de bain : le flacon douche/shampoing complètement vide, des poils et cheveux au sol... Petit déjeuner du lendemain : les appareils à bacon et oeufs brouillés non allumé, du bacon cru, des tables à moitié mises avec des couverts manquants... a plus de 200 balles la nuit, ça ne mérite vraiment pas ce prix , on aurait été mieux dans un B and B, je suis très décue, et ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hotel vu le prix avec un service et professionalisme clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles...

Idéalement situé. Piscine ouverte et jacuzzi trop "frais" et un peu "abîmés". Dans la chambre vitres sales. Salle de bains vitre sale également et vasque également (trop vétuste je pense) Gel douche dilué ! Bar et salle de petit déjeuner au top. Extérieur moyen. Mini bar vide. Même pas une bouteille d eau Mais le pire c'est que la gâche de la porte était casée Photos du site ou améliorées ou datant d il y a des années. 14,5 e le petit déjeuner c'est trop cher...
