500 m from the beach of the Peguiere and the Cove of Santa Lucia, gite in the eastern part of the owner's House on a property of 1600 m² wooded and flowery fully fenced, parking. Covered terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen and barbecue. Railway at 80 m in lowlands along the road to the sea. Many watersports, proximity to the Domaniale forest of Esterel, Antheor, islands of Lérins. Ground floor: beautiful kitchen open to large living room with a Click - Clack. Floor (access staircase staircase): 1 room (8 m²) with 1 bed 2 pl, shower room with wc. Electric heating. Washing machine in an outbuilding near the terrace.
