    In this villa, with its 2 floors and its tropezian balconies, you will find all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay:

    This new contemporary style villa has air conditioning which will allow you to make the most of hot days. It offers large terraces and a fully fenced garden to enjoy a family barbecue in the garden furniture (10 chairs and 4 sun loungers) or by the pool.
    A garage allows you to easily store your beach gear and a large private car park prevents you from having to park your car (s) at any time of the day or night.

Lovely place

We, two families, stayed for one week and wished it would have been longer. From the friendly welcome by our hosts to the stunning views over Cannes it was a pefect stay. Also the facilities of the house made the whole stay very relaxing.

Amazing Stay

Stunning property with the most amazing views. We were able to totally relax whilst by the pool, and also visit some of the stunning areas nearby. (Cannes, Monte Carlo and St Tropez). Would Recommend.

Excellent villa with large pool and magnificient views

We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week in July, and we had a great time. This villa is a perfect place for a family holiday, our three teenage girls enjoyed their life on the upper floor and on the pool deck. The pool itself is stunning, we spend most of the time either on the deck or the upper terrace. We loved the open floor plan and the kitchen, it is very well equipped. The view from the various levels of the house is beautiful, and the location of the villa is very convenient. ItĀ“s a quiet and peaceful place. I will highly recommend the house, and whenever we will come back this villa will be our first choice!

Excellent holiday

Lionel and Line were great hosts giving us a warm welcome.We stayed in this property for three weeks and had a superb time. The weather was very warm so that the well heated pool was very welcome. There are great views from the property across the Esterel hills towards the Bay at Cannes where we could watch the cruise ships come and go.The house had all the facilities we required, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome in view of the high temperatures and we had plenty of meals on the terrace using the gas barbecue. We enjoyed a variety of trips to Cannes, Menton, St Raphael, FrƩjus, Nice and St Tropez. The latter is a challenge because of the amount of traffic on the single carriageway road in and out, however, once you are in St Tropez it is unenjoyable and pleasant town.The location was well served by supermarkets with a smaller Leclerc at Montaroux-Fayence, a large refurbished Auchan at Mandelieu and a large Carrefour on the edge of FrƩjus, the latter two offering a wide choice. We also enjoyed a number of the small markets in the local towns and villages.

Eine sehr moderne, wunderschƶne Villa mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĆ¼r den Aufenthalt/Urlaub benƶtigt. Der Salzwasser-Infinity-Pool ist herrlich zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist beheitzt und ist von einem traumhaften Garten umgeben. Die AtmosphƤre ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Die Kommunikation mit dem EigentĆ¼mer verlief perfekt. Ich wĆ¼rde diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet.Der Pool und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend, die Lage des Hauses phantastisch.Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und erfolgte sehr schnell.Um eventuelle Anliegen und Fragen wird sich schnell und unkompfliziert gekĆ¼mmert.Wir kƶnnen das Haus uneingeschrƤnkt empfehlen.

Super tolles Ferienhaus mit recht groƟem Garten. In der RealitƤt noch besser als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Von dort aus ist alles super mit dem Die dĆ¼rften etwas grĆ¶ĆŸer sein. Sind nur ca. 1,40 breit. Ist aber ok.

Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© une semaine dans cette magnifique villa, la vue du balcon est splendide. Les photos correspondent bien Ć  lā€™annonce. La piscine privĆ©e est propre ainsi que la maison. Lā€™accueil de Line et Lionel a Ć©tĆ© chaleureux et sont disponibles pour les locataires. Je recommande Ć  100% cette location et je me ferai une joie dā€™y revenir.

La vue fait tout!

Une trĆØs belle maison contemporaine avec une piscine Ć  dĆ©bordement et une vue exceptionnelle! Le jardin paysage n'est pas assez mentionnĆ© mais il est semĆ© d'essences locales et c'est trĆØs rĆ©ussi. Isolation phonique parfaite. La terrasse promet de belles heures de jeux et des repas a l'abri. Il fait trĆØs frais par rapport a la cote (5 degrĆ©s de moins) et il y a toujours de l'air, voire du vent! Du coup mĆŖme en juillet, on enfile un pull le soir. Compter 25 mimutes pour accĆ©der aux plages, plus de 15 pour le supermarchĆ© le plus proche et n'oubliez pas de faire le plein d'essence. La maison est perchĆ©e tout en haut d'une corniche et tres isolĆ©e. Un atout mais aussi un inconvĆ©nient.

Perfect holidays

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub! Das Haus liegt mit am hƶchsten in diesem Gebiet und man hat eine unglaublich schƶne Aussicht. Das Haus ist noch viel schƶner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Jeden Morgen die Sicht auf den Sonnenaufgang Ć¼ber Cannes ist schon was feines! Nur zu empfehlen und gerne wieder :)

Tolles Haus mit wunderschƶnem Ausblick

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben: Modern, gerƤumig und mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen gelungenen Urlaub benƶtigt. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Cannes ist wunderschƶn und sogar aus den Schlafzimmern zu sehen. Am und im Pool kann man wunderbar entspannen. Wir sind von Juliette herzlich und freundlich empfangen worden. Wir waren zu 8 Personen im Haus und hatten ausreichend Platz. Wir kƶnnen es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht in luftiger Hƶhe

Das Mietobjekt stimmt gut mit den zur VerfĆ¼gung stehenden Fotos Ć¼berein. Uns erwartete ein gut eingerichtetes grosszĆ¼giges Haus in einem schƶnen Garten mit hervorragender Aussicht. Der Preis der tollen Aussicht war, dass ein stetiger (leider kalter) Wind wehte, so dass wir den Garten bzw. die schƶne Aussengestaltung gar nicht nutzen konnten. Dass es fĆ¼r den Pool zu kalt sein kƶnnte, war uns bewusst, aber dass auch die Nutzung des Liegestuhls in der Sonne am kalten Wind scheitern wĆ¼rde, war und im Vorfeld so nicht bewusst.
