Welcome to La Villa Roche Blanche, in Saint-Restitut, in this small terraced house without overlooking neighbours, located in a quiet and tree-lined residential area. Ideal for a family or two couples, this comfortable and well-equipped house accommodates 4 to 6 people for peaceful holidays in the heart of Provençal Drôme.



The house of approximately 110m² on 2 levels includes:



Ground Floor:

oAn air-conditioned, bright and open living space: living room, fitted kitchen and dining area (Nespresso coffee machine)

oA comfortable first bedroom with a Queen size bed

oA bathroom with WC



• Upstairs:

oA large air-conditioned bedroom with a King size bed + sofa bed - perfect for families with children

oA bathroom with WC



Outside:

•A tree-lined and shaded garden of 1200m², ideal for relaxation

•A discreet path leads to the private 8mx4m swimming pool, fenced and secured by a roller shutter

•An intimate setting, without overlooking neighbours, perfect for recharging

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Saint-Restitut, a typical perched village with its stone alleyways, near Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux and numerous wine-growing sites and Provençal markets.
