"Our room was dark, dingy and awkward. On-line booking was for a King bed, but this room had a queen. Bathroom shower was dirty and unclean. Sliding door safety lock was inoperable to our ground floor balcony that is easily accessible from the outside. Apparently, this was the last room available ..."
