When we arrived, there were no staff, no contact number and no way of getting our room. We were stuck in France with nowhere to stay, absolutely disgusting behaviour from this hotel.」

「We were using the cottage as an early stop from Le Shuttle before our onward journey the next day. I was confused about whether we could access the property as we would be arriving very late, past midnight. Thankfully Olivier sent me a video of the property and how to get in as well as the separate house used for breakfast. The cottage was fine for us as a small family.
