Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cet hébergement. La maison est fonctionnelle, la piscine et la climatisation dans les chambres du rez-de-chaussé sont un plus. La proximité de la plage, accessible à pied est vraiment chouette. Petits et grands avons profité de la douceur de vivre en Martinique, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Du bon temps dans le sud-Caraïbes

C'était notre 10eme séjour en Martinique. Sainte-Anne et le domaine de Belfond sont des secteurs de choix, tant pour l'accès aux plages, les sentiers de randonnées que les commerces. La maison est confortable et bien vantilée. La piscine, bien que petite, fut un lieu de rassemblement et d'agrément très apprécié en fin de journée. En plus, il a fait très beau. Bref, un super séjour!

Bon emplacement, pas trop loin du centre de St Anne et de la plage. Jolie vue et calme. Pas mal de vaisselles pour cuisiner.2 grands lits pour adulte et 2 lits d'enfants (pas conseillé pour un grand adulte).Mais globalement c'est très bien pour un séjour en vacances. La piscine est un plus et à l'abri des regards. Je conseille l'endroit.

Merveilleuse résidence à St-Anne

Bien située à quelques minutes d’une des plus belles plages de l’île, cette maison a une grande véranda où il fait bon vivre et profiter d’une vue magnifique sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil.

Villa tout confort bel emplacement

Nous étions 7 avec 3 enfants de 2 à 6 ans, et la maison était parfaite. Les espaces distincts (chambres au rdc et à l'étage) ont permis à chaque famille d'avoir son espace. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain. Les espaces communs sont spacieux. La vue depuis la terrasse est MAGNIFIQUE (coucher de soleil dégagé!). La douche extérieure est très pratique et la piscine est très agréable (eau jamais froide pourtant elle est presque tout le temps à l'ombre) et parfaitement sécurisée (barrière + à l'arrière de la maison accessible par des portes pouvant fermer à clé). La villa est à 10/12mn à pied de la plage de Saint Anne (très belle plage pas du tout bondée) et proche en voiture des plus belles plages du sud (salines anse figuier anse moustique anse caritan etc....). Pas de sargasses de ce côté là ! Le quartier est calme. Bref tout a été parfait pour nous. Bel accueil et belles communication de la part de l'hôte. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Ce que j'ai beau beacoup apprécié : - Le charme de la maison (partie haute en bois) - La climatisation (en bas :-)) - Piscine très appréciable et qui chauffe bien au soleil. - Aller à la mer à pieds - La douche exterieur pour se rincer très pratique. - La proximité du bourg de St Anne. - La cuisine fontionnelle et bien d'autres. Belle villa typique antillaise !

Nous étions 8 voyageurs , la villa est adaptée pour tous ! Espace, commodités …! Nous avons apprécié la piscine privée , belle terrasse pour le repas , bonne literie (sauf une chambre du bas) environnement calme 👍🏻 Proche de sainte Anne , Lydia nous a bien accueilli et est très réactive en cas de besoin (merci encore ) , nous avons passé un excellent Noël et nous espérons revenir bientôt chez Mr et Me Adèle 😊

Séjour et logement qui donnent envie de revenir.

La villa est presque parfaite, spatieuse, très bien équipée, très beau balcon qui est une pièce de vie. Jardin et piscine sont très bien entretenus. Un seul bémol, l'éclairage intérieur et notamment dans la cuisine est insuffisant. Et pour finir vous préciser que par rapport à l'annonce la distance à pieds jusqu'à la plage est de 700m. En résumé nous donnons une note de 19/20 pour votre propriété et vous contacterons en prévision d'une location d'un mois mi janvier mi février 2023. Bien cordialement G.
