Appartement propre, confortable, bien aménagé et bien situé au rez-de-chaussée. Clair et bien aéré. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description faite par le propriétaire. Environnement agréable et sécuritaire, beau jardin, belle grande piscine.

Globalement séjour satisfaisant cependant, 2 remarques. Voir ci dessous.

La literie grince dès que l'on bouge dans le lit principal, il me semble que pour y remédier il suffirait de poser des joints souples entre la planche qui supporte le matelas et le bois de lit. Il est difficile de fermer le rideau du séjour côté est, la barre de bois qui le supporte a un diamètre trop important, les anneaux glissent très mal.
