“The loft was comfortable, clean and really well situated to explore historic Quebec City. The bathroom was spacious. We took advantage of the parking service which was very convenient - it was no more than a 3 minute walk. However, we did not use the kitchen - although it was very well equipped, it was completely bare of essentials. No coffee, salt, pepper, etc. Since we were only staying three nights, it made very little sense to make a trip to a grocery store to get coffee, milk... But there……

“Located near historic Old Quebec City. Comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with old town charm. Modern amenities. Full kitchen. Walk to shops, historic sites. Lots to do and see. ”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Beautiful rooms in an excellent location. Practically next to the chateau. Walkable to shops, restaurant, cathedral, and the stairs/funicular down to the lower parts of the city. Friendly front desk, though much is done through online communication. Was a little confused with their online instructions or Expedia messages and was expecting a code to enter, but then there was someone attending the front desk, though they are not always immediately there because they are doing a few other things.……

“The location of this property was fantastic and made exploring the area very easy. The host was responsive, provided clear check-in instructions, and offered great local recommendations. However, we were quite disappointed that the baby bed we requested was missing upon arrival, which caused a stressful first night. In addition, the listing misrepresents the actual parking situation. The ​off-site parking​ should say that it is 8 minutes away and that is not suitable for an SUV. ​Our rental SUV……

“Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.”
