Nestled in the heart of the French Riviera, the residence "Port Marine" in Sainte-Maxime, France, offers a refined holiday rental experience within a well-established 4-storey resort complex. The residence is home to 3 houses and 100 apartments, providing a vibrant yet intimate community atmosphere for guests seeking comfort and convenience on the Côte d'Azur. Positioned just 300 metres from the centre of Sainte-Maxime and 150 metres from the sea, the location is ideal for those wishing to explore the town while remaining close to the Mediterranean coastline. Guests have shared access to a beautifully maintained garden featuring a lush lawn, as well as a generously sized swimming pool measuring 16 x 7 metres with a depth ranging from 90 to 160 cm, available seasonally from 15 May to 15 September. The surrounding yard is carefully tended, creating a welcoming and relaxing outdoor environment for all residents of the complex.

The swimming pool, measuring 16 x 7 metres with a depth of 90 to 160 cm, is available for shared use throughout the summer season, from 15 May to 15 September, and provides a refreshing retreat during the warmer months. The resort complex offers a comprehensive range of shared facilities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The living and sleeping area serves as a welcoming central space, furnished with 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed, along with a dining table that makes it ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. This room opens directly onto the balcony, allowing natural light to flow through and providing a pleasant outdoor extension to the living space. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, offering comfortable and private sleeping arrangements, while the second, smaller room also features 2 beds, making it a practical option for additional guests or younger travellers. The bathroom includes a bath or shower and a WC, catering to the needs of the entire group with ease.
