Modern, beautiful villa "Farfalla". 1.5 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 13 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 25 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, residential area (villas), 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: well-kept terraced garden, 1'500 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 3 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, boules. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.4 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 200 m. Marina 2.3 km. The owner does not accept any groups.
