Magnificent, luxurious villa with a sea view and infinity pool

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the prestigious Domaine de la Nartelle residential complex in the heights of Sainte Maxime, the villa is in an extremely quiet location with a high degree of privacy. The residential complex is characterised by very large, secluded plots with exclusive villas and can only be accessed by permanent and temporary residents (no thoroughfare).

Guests can enjoy an unobstructed view from the house to the south and the Gulf of St. Tropez, either from the pool or from three of the four bedrooms.

Used both privately as well as for holiday rentals, the villa’s interior decoration was completely redone by the current owners in spring 2022. It was fitted with new furniture and, in some cases, high-quality materials: silk covers on the bedroom armchairs, silk curtains in the living and dining room, new box-spring beds, etc.

New, decorative curtains—which cannot be drawn—have been fitted to the windows. To darken the bedrooms at night, guests are advised to lower the external roller shutters, which can be adjusted individually for each room.
