Cosy single-family house "Roumagnac". Outside the resort, 3.1 km from the centre of Cavalaire sur Mer, on a slope, in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea, south facing position. Private: garden 1'700 m2 (not fenced). Outdoor shower, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4.2 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "PLACE DU PARC" 1.6 km, sandy beach "Terre de sable" 1.6 km, park "Aqualand" 23 km, diving center 3.5 km. Sports harbour 3.4 km, sailing school 3.2 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 12 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 13 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 14 km, St-Tropez 18 km, Ste-Maxime 25 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Fenouillet 5.6 km, Sentier du Littoral 8 km, Toulon 62 km.
