「J’étais dans le logement Amandier, le plus petit mais déjà très spacieux.
Équipement simple mais suffisant, décoration sympa, c’était parfait pour 4 nuits !
Stécy et Hendrick sont adorables et réactifs.
La piscine est top, tout comme le spa. Tout ça est idéal pour se relaxer. J’y retournerai volontiers !

「À améliorer : Changer les serviettes de douche et de plage tous les jours ( séjour du 11/02 au 17/02 jamais de serviettes changer!!)
Le petit bassin est à refaire car très sale au niveau des skimmer et le liner qui gondole( sur 6 jours je me suis trempé juste les pieds 1 fois!!)
La machine café, le café est tiède et non chaud.
Le restaurant: manque terriblement de choix

「Beautiful property with nice facilities around the pool. Breakfast was plentiful but choices don’t vary much. Well kept, comfortable beds, clean, gorgeous scenery. Need car to visit islands and to get to beaches, restaurants, etc.」

「Zimmer mit Balkon nicht sonderlich groß, aber für eine Woche okay! Bad mit Badewanne , in welche man über eine Art Treppe einsteigen musste, gewöhnungsbedürftig ! Frühstück war sehr gut, aber abends im Restaurant relativ teuer! Und nur mit Reservieren, spontan kaum ein Tisch frei! 」

「I particularly enjoyed the breakfast here. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was excellent. However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order.

Pour ce qui est de l'accueil, à revoir : 4 appels avec impossibilité de laisser un message. Pas de réponse aux messages envoyés sur hotels.com. 「The unit was the perfect size and we sat out on our porch to eat listening to the waves. Julien responded by phone right after we booked and then we communicated by WhatsApp. He also arranged the car rental for us. Junior picked us up at the airport and brought us back. He reviewed our map with us and made great suggestions that met our interests. Ste Anne and Ste Francois are close by and had many interests. Thank you so much. 」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and a great value for the money. Private beach was definitely a bonus and was very clean. I would have liked to have washcloths and hair conditioner in the room. Note that if you are planning activities, most of the attractions are a 1 hr 40 minute drive (I.e. La Soufriere, les chutes du Carbet). Highly recommend!」

Nous avons été relocalisés à un autre établissement qui était beaucoup plus éloigné de notre terminal de croisière et qui n'avait pas d'ascenseur pour mon épouse handicapée .On nous a dit que c'était la faute d'Expedia qui aurait dû nous aviser du changement 」
