"Très jolie maison bien agréable à vivre, propre, bien rangée et trèsbien équipée. On y resterait volontiers plus longtemps ! Sophie est une hôtesse amicale, courtoise et prête à faire tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour rendre votre séjour agréable et confortable. La vue sur Salazie et le piton des Neiges est à couper le souffle, on est bien installé sur la terrasse pour déguster la bière locale la Dodo offerte par Sophie ! Si j'en ai l'occasion, je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci Sophie poyr...

Hotel le Juliette Dodu

10/10 Excellent

"We arrived at this tranquil oasis after dropping off a rental car. The property is beautifully presented and maintained. Every staff member we engaged with was friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was on the small side (as we expected) but had everything we needed and was as depicted in the photos. The hotel has a number of indoor and outdoor areas to relax in and is very private and quiet. Our included breakfast was generous and varied. Dinner was gourmet and reasonably priced. The hotel is in easy walking distance of St Denis' interesting city scape and sea front. There are also numerous other dining options nearby. Would love to stay again and highly recommend this property."

"I would like to say that I am disappointed with the quality of some things in our stay. This is the most expensive accommodation so far in Reunion but with the poorest facilities. On the plus side you service has been attentive and you have tried to accommodate the fact my wife does not drink alcohol and is pescatarian. Thank you To list: 1) the fridge is broken 2) the WiFi does not work in the room, 3) the shower soap is empty on our 1st use in the shower 4) the menu on the web site in English offers a happy hour - there is no happy hour 5) the floor in the room is sticky and maybe not that clean 6) Our fondue dinner was not served with potatoes or salad but as we had no menu we did not realise until after our dinner. You did compensate by removing cost of 1 glass of wine. Thank you. Overall very disappointing. The hotel is not a spa and needs some more care and attention to bring it back to a **** Level. "
