"We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. ..."

"This is an excellent location, near to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The room, shared bathroom and public areas were clean with cooking and eating supplies.My frustration was the lack of a convenient wall outlet to charge a phone and bright bedside table lamps."
