"The room was clean and the location was convenient.
Breakfast was same every day but it had good selections.
Parking was available both underground and outside next to the hotel. The underground parking has only 30 spots so if you stay during the busy season, you may need to park outside (still convenient but underground would better if rains).
The parking ticket is 1,000 yen per night but it did not work twice and I had to go back to the front desk. I talked to the parking staff but they recommended I go to the front desk. Then the same thing happened again on the following day.
They should improve the process so that guests can go through the gate without going back to the front every time when this issue happens.
The main building does not have a safe so I had to bring it to the front desk.
Overall very nice hotel and I am glad I stayed here."
