Salado with a view!

Beautiful view with abundant wildlife. This home provides privacy, but is close to restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great trip to Salado

Enjoyed our visit in the city and our rental was very nice.Over looked the golf course and was clean and well kept. The decor was simple and nice; we all agreed that it was nice with less stuff than more. Some of the rentals have so much decor it is over powering.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Great location! Very quiet and peaceful. Loved seeing the deer everywhere. We shopped Salado one day and Georgetown the next!! Great time!

Amazing Stay

What a great place to spend a few days in Salado Texas. Great location right near the golf course and creek. Easy access to downtown, clean and comfortable place to stay. Communication was top notch, very proactive and helpful every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Weekend Birthday getaway

Check in was easy, house was very clean and comfortable and much larger than I thought! directly across from the golf course made for an easy morning tee-time and relaxing on the balcony overlooking the creek afterwards was great. We were originally looking for something closer to Main St. but this is just 5 minutes from town and well worth it. We'll be staying here again in the future!

We visit my brother twice a year in Salado and this superceed all our expectations, luxury stay with a normal price. Hosts were super communicative. This is our new go to for sure

Yet another wonderful experience

This is our third stay at Home On The Green. Each time gets better. Check in was effortless, the property was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's a treat to sit on the deck and watch golfers on the fourth green of the Mill Creek Course. We had a wonderful time.

Girls' weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Salado. The house was so nice and clean. We were very comfortable and spent most of the time at the house, sitting on the patio with a glass of wine, or playing a few games. We did do a little shopping on Saturday. We had everything we needed and the host kept in touch with us the entire weekend to make sure we were comfortable.

Lovely home

We were not expecting this condo to be as big as it was so we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean with nice touches from the owners, such as snacks provided. Although we are not golfers ourselves, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching others play golf and just taking in the relaxing scenery. We did try out the ping pong table which was fun. There wasn't an extensive list of things to do for check out like other places which made for a nice departure. I would stay here again.

Attended 70th Wedding Anniversart

My 92 yr old dad and 3 of his grown adult kids and spouse attended his brothers anniversary party. The house was perfect for his and my sister. In-law's handicap needs. The walkin' shower in the master was amazing. The accommodations we're beautifully appointed the view from the deck was serene. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the wildlife. We were so convenient to everywhere we needed to go. This is a great house, and the hose are extremely accommodating.

Love to come back again!

This property was so much more than expected! from the front entrance to the stunning living room and beautiful comfy bedrooms and oh don't forget that master bath!!! to the quaint coffee room where my mom and aunt enjoyed watching nature. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, watching sunsets and star gazing, and the hot tub that my cousin and I truly enjoyed after a day of caring for our moms. So many wonderful restaurants and shopping at the entrance to the neighborhood along with a grocery store. Don't miss Sylvia's taco truck! We had breakfast taco's the last day and wish we had found it sooner! and Chalk Ridge Falls about a 15 min drive away and a half mile hike in! I can't wait to return!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful small town in Texas. The property managers Cindy and Todd were great to work with. They were very responsive and ensured our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend this stay if you’re in the area!

My wife and I stayed in Salado for two nights and couldn't have picked a better place to lay our heads! Extremely close to all of the restaurants and shops but secluded enough to feel like your own private getaway. A amenities. The back porch and hot tub area are absolutely beautiful to relax and unwind in and the hosts are the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever experienced on Vrbo.
