Pacific Blue has proven to be one of the bays most popular resorts. The resort provides the ideal getaway location for both families and couples and is only a short drive to the bustling tourist mecca of Nelson Bay.

Villa 349 is a double storey townhouse that supplies linen & bed making. The downstairs living area has air conditioning and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living areas open onto an enclosed courtyard with direct access to the magnificent resort lagoon pool. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main bedroom features another split system air conditioner and a balcony with views over the pool and the lush tropical gardens. As soon as you arrive at the resort you will feel as though you are in a lush South Pacific Island. Hurry and visit Pacific Blue now!

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Location was fantastic as was easy access to the pool. Apartment was great for a family of 5. Only downside was communication with property manager. We locked keys inside apartment and waited nearly 2 hours to have security bring us replacement keys.

Bad experience

Very bad experience. The apartment was infested with bed lice. I have photos and videos to prove. Ruined our holidays. The mattress had dirty stains and the apartment had an awful moulded smell. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Book the rooms at the oaks pacific blue through the hotel directly not through the realestate, Big mistake for us.
