This dual-key accessed, air-conditioned haven is the epitome of luxury and convenience.

The capacity for a group of six makes this the perfect spot for families or close friends. This well-appointed unit is laid out with two spacious separate apartments with a common area door in between.

The Studio Lagoon Apartment features an air conditioned, open plan bedroom/ dining/ petite, yet efficient kitchenette area which flows out onto the balcony with outdoor dining, so you can sit back and enjoy a drink and watch all the water activities in the pool and soak up the warm rays of the sun. The Studio also has a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and blow dryer available. As this area is separate from the main apartment, we do not recommend children under 12 years to be left alone in the studio.

There is also the main Lagoon Spa Apartment, which has an open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining and kitchen area providing the perfect climate control for warmer or cooler months. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher , the internal laundry is located in the kitchen area of the main apartment and is fitted out with a front loader washing machine, dryer and sink.

There is a large balcony with alfresco dining and a sunlounge so you can lay back, relax and take in the beautiful array of the resort. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a beautiful corner spa bath, walk in shower, toilet, vanity and a blow dryer is also provided.

For those who love to stay fit even on holidays, a communal heated pool and tennis court are available at your convenience. Guests have full use of all the resort features including the huge lagoon-style swimming pool, heated spa pools, 25mtr heated lap pool, tennis courts and fitness centre, stroll around the well-manicured grounds in your leisure time or unwind at any of the resort features at the end of your fun-filled day.

Conveniently located only 100m from Salamander Bay shopping centre there are endless opportunities to explore nearby boutiques and take retail therapy to the next level. Salamander Tavern and across the road from Salamander Bay Super Strike and KFC and having Nelson Bay only a quick nine-minute drive away makes this the perfect place to holiday.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Communication with real estate property management was disappointing. After booking with linen the real estate tried to charge us for linen several times. The resort itself is fabulous. Getting up each morning an going for a swim around the giant lagoon before breakfast was awesome. Very family friendly and relaxing. The apartment is really nice, however you have to collect and drop the keys from the real estate which is in town and difficult to get to. Due to border closures we had to leave early and it was extremely difficult to get a refund from the real estate. We would definitely come again to this resort, but would choose an apartment that is managed by the resort.
