It sits in a quiet spot, in an elevated position with sweeping views of Salcombe and the estuary, but very close to the centre of town. With a private parking space, this light, sunny and spacious house is a great base to explore the delights of the area. Please note, this parking space is for one car and will not be large enough for a van. The property is accessed via 16 steps through the garden and patio to the front door

Upon entering the property, you will find a bright, spacious and sunny double height entrance hall. Head into the kitchen/dining/family room, a sun filled, open plan space for entertaining, or relaxing in the open plan snug area; a comfortable, south facing family area with TV.
