「Facility is super old. Water pressure is super small. Super noisy around the hotel. Don't know why it is ranked 5 star....」

「Hôtel très beau」

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

「Really friendly and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, spacious room and lovely relaxing hotel with great views and pleasant garden and pool」

「Exceptionally clean hotel with courteous staff」

「Très bien et Bonne situation」

「Recomendo esse hotel otima localização quarto e apoio」

「Terrible!Terrible! I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others. How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.」

「My stay at the Braat hotel was fabulous ! The cleanliness, the upkeep and the staff were amazing, super friendly! I was well taken care of during my stay, no complaints! My friend at room service was great young man who was attentive to me during my entire stay, the gentleman who brought little treats EVERY night was so lovely. The staff at the lobby, the cleaning crew ALL great! I actually miss the hotel, but it’s definitely my go to from now on when I visit to Rabat! Plus it’s well located for...

「Amazing stay at the Four Seasons! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Beautiful property, exceptional service, and a truly relaxing experience. We loved every minute and would definitely return!」

「Nice staff. Great location. Beautiful atrium entrance, but rooms are dated and worn. The hotel needs an update. Room was worn out. 」
