Roomy house, beautiful location
We stayed here for our annual Girls Trip, and loved this roomy house. We needed to make a change in our checkout time and T.J. was very prompt and helpful. The area is close to the mountains and beautiful, plus the little town of Salem was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area.

Large enough for our group, worked out for us.
We did not stay there that much. We left early and came back late. We did notice a lot of extra stuff in the storage area's/closets that really didn't need to be there as a guest house. Canning jars, many sets of sheets but not that many large bath towels. Kids room had empty boxes in the closets. The house was really cold, the battery was dead in the thermostat, so we went out and got batteries for it. Very little laundry soap. The first and last place we stayed left us with a stocked fridge and lots of snacks. I was surprised that this did not have any of that. This is my 2nd rental so am not familiar with what is the norm and what is the exception.

Nice place. Plenty of room, enjoyed our stay.
Needed some dish towels and more towels, washcloths. The knives all need sharpening. One tub was backed up.

Great stay, just as advertised
Had a great 4 day stay with friends and family. Property was clean and very spacious for kids to run around. Property host had good communication and gave us a heads up on when the lawn mowing service would be there. Hope to stay here again next year!

Issues
We had a few issues. Hall bathroom, the flush handle nut was off not allowing the toilet to be flushed. The sink faucet was very loose and slid around when using. The basement room breaker was tripped so several plugs did not work. The GFI plugs in the master bathroom was tripped. All issues were fixed by us. Not a big deal, overall, we had a very good time and would pick this house in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the sitting area in the family room was comfortable and welcoming; and the kids played for hours downstairs in the game room! The home was clean and had lots of room for our big bunch to settle in and enjoy some family time with cousins! We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone with kids or a big group cause it was very comfortable and spacious! Thank you!!!

All OK but the Check In
The good - because the home is large, there were bedrooms and bathrooms for family and guests to stay comfortably and have some private space. Nothing was particularly nice or updated, but it was all sufficient and the beds were comfortable. The bad - when we arrived at the home just before 10 PM, the door code did not work and the local contact did not respond to calls or texts. I was finally able to reach someone at Evolve (that is who is really handling this rental). The Evolve member was helpful and got us into the house only to find that the house had not been cleaned, linens and towels not washed, beds not made. That was tough after a long day of travel with a toddler. Cleaners were sent the next day, but it was inconvenient. Evolve did reimburse us for some of the problems, but we do not feel it was enough.

Wedding Weekend
My family came from three different states for my sons wedding. This was the perfect property to be able to relax and enjoy each other between wedding events. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Great Neighborhood Lots of Room
First off I had emailed Evolve asking if the property was fully fenced for our chihuahua. They said Yes it was. NO it wasnt luckily there was a roll of field fencing we were able to use but with no way of cutting it we had to use flower pots and a rake to get it to stand reasonably to where my dog couldnt get out. Did not see Welcome book until last day there as it was not out in open. Wifi written on chalkboard no longer visible but my son figured it out. There is no outside patio furniture so make sure and bring your own camp chairs. Towels were not out had to search cabinets for linen. Dirty/stained comforter on bed in bottom room. Black mold in bottom bathroom on ceiling and on trim. Surround sound in entertainment room did not work and was not hooked up. No BBQ. Lawn was not mowed and half dead although sprinklers came on at 11 at night and soaked our chairs. Positive, parking was great. Plenty of room and kitchen did have basics. We cooked all of our meals at the house for 5 days. Close to the Bennions Veterans Home the reason we were there to visit with dad 15 minute drive.

Good location
We had a wonderful stay in a great location. The house had plenty of room for our family and the little ones loved the toy box full of toys and the air hockey table. The location was perfect for our wedding week festivities and bonus that it was around the block from where our family lives. We would definitely come back.

Christmas week with family
We rented this home because we live in Reno and 3 of our married children live in Provo/Orem and a 4th came in from TX. We wanted a big enough place to be together for the holiday. Overall this property met our needs very well and we had a wonderful week. We had 10 adults and 2 infants and had enough room to spread out. The property manager was very good to work with. The home has beds for at least 12 but the table only had room for 8 with the leaf--10 if you were squeezed around it. But there are not enough chairs to seat that many at the table. I think we found 7 chairs. The bar has 4 chairs so that helps. There is not another table you can use for extra seating or puzzles/games. We were able to borrow chairs from someone we know nearby. The kitchen has basic spices. I wouldn't count on other pantry staples--probably depends on what someone else left. We were trying to cook nice meals for Christmas eve and Christmas day and it was a little tricky with the available pots and utensils but we made it work. We would stay here again. We made a few recommendations to the property manager to make it more functional in ways I have mentioned so hopefully the owner will listen to those suggestions.

We had a wedding in Payson and a reception I Spanish Fork so it was very accommodating for our needs. The basement had a air hockey table and movie room where the kids were entertained. We enjoyed our weekend.

Nice home
Enjoyed the house. There was no extra toilet paper, no cookie sheets, no electric grill for pancakes. Outside grass was a little rough for kids. Most of our activities were away from the house. The location worked great for our purpose.

Perfect for a family
The air hockey and home theater were a real hit with our family. After a long day of traveling, it was great to have the kids playing downstairs while the grown-ups relaxed upstairs. Plenty of space for everyone. The host was great as well

Great for Family Reunion
The house was very nice and had great spaces for our family reunion. The wiggle cars were a hit with the kids. The backyard was not fully fenced in so we always had to watch the dogs and kids when they went out. The top row of rocks on the retaining wall are loose and one of the kids had a small accident because of that. Some of the window wells are uncovered. The kitchen is not fully stocked and only had supplies for 8 people so we had to buy some bowls and plates to feed everyone (we had a party 12). Also there is only seating for 9 people. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work. The outlet in the upstairs Master bathroom and the upstairs bathroom either didn’t work or also turned on the jets in the bathroom. The carpet tack strip on the downstairs bathroom is exposed and caused a lot of foot-related grief. The theater room was rather underwhelming and was hard to move through. The listing was generous for what was offered, but overall was a nice place to stay with comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood.

Clean and spacious
This property exceeded our expectation. The host was easy to contact with quick responses. Places to eat and hike were a short drive away. The sauna was a nice plus after workouts/hikes as well as the fireplace for cool mornings and evenings. Our small family had more than enough space. Will recommend to others visiting the others.
