Lovely Villa in a perfect location

The villa is very well equipped and perfectly laid out for a family holiday. The garden is huge. The pool is a perfect size for swimming, or just cooling off. Located within walking distance from local Salernes is a big plus!

Wat een fantastische locatie. Enorm centraal om andere mooie bestemmingen op te zoeken. Wij waren met 10 personen, variërend in de leeftijd van 10 tot en met 68 jaar. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het uitzicht geweldig. 3 badkamers, 4 toiletten, wasmachine, droger, 2 koelkasten, grote vriezer, 2 vaatwassers, Ovens, magnetrons, BBQ en een overvolle keuken met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. overcompleet. Ook de pingpong tafel, de voetbal tafel en de jeu de boules waren favoriet. Heerlijke zitjes rondom het huis waar ieder zijn eigen gang kan gaan. Genoeg zitruimte en ligbedden. De matrassen en de stapelbedden in de " kinderkamer" kunnen wel een upgrade krijgen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, makkelijk contact via de app. 2 keer per week komt de eigenaar het water nakijken van het zwembad. De eigenaren spreken alleen Frans, maar met de vertaal app is dat geen enkel probleem. Wij hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis, en raden het zeker aan. Neem wel genoeg muggen spul mee, want die zijn er volop.

Zeer mooie villa met alle confort. Alles was bij aankomst aanwezig. Mooie omgeving en natuur. Het centrum van Salernes ligt op loopafstand. Het enige negatieve puntje vonden wij de netheid van het huisje. Bij aankomst heeft mijn man eerst overal de spinnen moeten wegdoen. Sanitair en vloer waren wel ok, maar alles wat er stond was niet echt proper. Wij hebben alles wat we nodig hadden eerst zelf afgewassen. Desalniettemin zouden we deze villa zeker opnieuw kiezen.
