The service is beyond traditional five-star hospitality—it is presidential-class. Personal, extraordinarily discreet, intuitive, and completely effortless. The team has mastered the ability to anticipate what you want before you ever have to ask. The rooms are spectacular. Architecturally remarkable, incredibly private, serene, and sophisticated, they feel entirely connected to the landscape of Dugi Otok. Nothing here feels mass-produced or formulaic. It is intimate luxury at its absolute best. The culinary experience is equally extraordinary. The chef and team deliver Michelin-starred dining that deserves to be considered a destination in itself. The ingredients, presentation, creativity, and connection to the island are exceptional. Three visits in, the food remains one of the defining parts of the experience. What ultimately distinguishes Villa Nai is the feeling it creates. "This was a last minute booking when our other places on the island canceled on us. We spent one night here. The actual accommodations are nice and clean, but many areas of the resort are run down and in the process of being upgraded. This is a place for families with children. There are ping pong tables and Soviet era mini golf courses on the premises as well as a new floating bouncy play ground in the water. There are many places to swim and nearby restaurants. The real standout here was the girl working the desk. She was very helpful and always in a good mood. She gave the best customer service that we experienced during our three weeks in Croatia."
