「We stayed at this Vrbo on a cold winter day. Out our window was a beautiful sight: a snow laden forest with a winding brook. The bed was firm, the way we like it, and the heating system was noiseless keeping us toasty all night. There were cooking utensils, a small fridge, an induction hot plate, a microwave and a toaster which was all we needed for our cooking needs. When we arrived after a long drive I made myself a hot tea and relaxed on the big comfortable couch.I highly recommend this...

「I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.」

「A couple of the surfaces were not clean but mostly a clean comfy space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. A nice cozy place to stay once the luggage and groceries are up there.」

「What a comfortable and welcoming place to stay! Great communication with the hosts, and the space had all the amenities we needed, as well as many thoughtful extra touches. Home was spotless, and tastefully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, and super easy access to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「The home is welcoming, so cute and charming. There are 3 sleeping areas with beds. We had 6 for a mother/daughter trip. The home is located within walking distance of serveral restaurants! Fabulous location. We were able to visit a local winery - Millbrook and take a tour of Elk Ravine Farm, and eat breakfast at the Hangar! Amazing trip and would not have been the same without this wonderful stay! Thank you Tanya!」
